What happens after my free trial?

After your 14-day free trial ends, your account will automatically transition to the plan you selected. We'll send you reminders before your trial ends. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.

How do you count users?

Users are counted based on active employee accounts that access the system in a given month. Admin accounts are billed separately according to your plan's allowance.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount for annual billing on all plans. You can select annual billing during the signup process or switch at any time from your account settings.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. For Enterprise customers, we offer optional premium onboarding services for an additional fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
